As an adult I don’t really have a favourite movie. There are a number of favourites I have, which if I had the time I would be more than happy to watch over and over again.
My all time favourite though, since I was a kid, is Aladdin. I remember watching it on VHS over and over again when I was young, so much so that I can still watch the movie and recite every word from it. I used to be able to play a number of the songs from the movie on the piano, though after years of not playing the piano I can’t remember how to.
It’s sad, but I don’t remember the last time I actually sat down and watched it. I don’t have a copy around and Matthew isn’t into watching cartoons so it wouldn’t hold his attention for very long. In a couple of years I’m sure he will be right into it.
I couldn’t let this blog post go without mentioning another movie though. I don’t class it as a favourite, but every time it’s on I stop what I’m doing and end up watching the rest of the movie. Most movies I can just pause or record and watch later, but this one I always watch then and there.
