Hazelnut & Cherry Log

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate melts
1 teaspoon Amaretto liqueur (optional)
75g crushed plain biscuits
75g white chocolate drops
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup glazed cherries
70g hazel nuts, roughly chopped
1. Line a baking tray (approx 10cm x 30cm) with baking paper
2. Place butter, condensed milk and chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl. Slowly melt until smooth (stirring every 30 seconds or so)
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
4. Spoon the mixture into the baking tray and even out.
5. Refridgerate overnight.
This recipe will keep for several weeks! But it’s so yummy I don’t think it will last that long :)
